Wild Alaskan Blueberry Cookies

RECIPE
-Preheat Oven to 400*
Ingredients:
-2 Cups Flour
-1 tsp Baking Powder
-1/4 tsp Salt
-2/3 Cup Butter (salted or unsalted)
-2/3 Cup + 2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
-2/3 Cup Frozen Blueberries (thaw in microwave till soft and juicy - usually 10-30 seconds, or on stovetop).
- 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
Steps:
-In a small bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt.
-Thaw Blueberries, let cool for 3-5 minutes.
-Using a hand or stand mixer cream butter and sugar together until smooth.
-Add blueberries to butter & sugar mixture and mash/purée together.
-Gradually add dry ingredients to butter and berry mixture.
-Mix in white chocolate chips.
-Form dough into 1-2 tbsp round balls, place on parchment sheet covered cookie sheet. (I like to use a large ice cream scoop).
-Bake at 400* for 10-13 minutes or until slightly brown on bottom edges. Let Cool and Enjoy!!!!!
