Alaskan Red Currant Jelly
- 2 Gallons Alaskan red currants
- 4 Cups water
- Add equal parts sugar to reduced juice
- Sterilize jars in water bath 10 min
- Sterilize lids in water bath for 1 min
- Remove jars from water
- Fill jars, wipe rims, cap and tighten,

-Place jars back in water bath at boil for 5 min

-Enjoy
